1. MY GARMIN CAME YESTERDAY!!! So of course I HAD to run today. Just a quick 2.5 to test it out, since my husband managed to get home from work EARLY today. Bonus was the first half of my run was in daylight!
2. DECEMBER GOALS: No less than 3 runs per week (no less than 2 miles at a time) and core/strength twice a week. I tried yoga yesterday. Holy shit that's harder than the leggy teeny people on the programs make it look!
3. MUD AND TAPE IS HAPPENING IN MY BASEMENT. It may actually get mostly finished in 2010. Wahoo!
Bobbi, I'm jealous of the Garmin. I hope to get one before spring. I still haven't tried running yet, but am willing to try sometime this month at the gym! And yes, yoga is tough--it makes me sweat just about as much as cardio.
